Wedding in Icelandic Country Side

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE ICELANDIC COUNTRY SIDE, ANNA & ANDRI GOT MARRIED IN THE CUTEST CHURCH IN THE COUNTRY!

Anna and Andri got married last summer in Iceland and got unbelievable weather. They got married in a small church which of course they had the keys to! Just shows that the locals take care of each other.. They then went on to having a brilliant reception filled of speeches and games.

Getting ready

Anna got ready at their reception venue with her friends and family. All her flowers were wild Icelandic flowers and they looked lovely. The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone was just having a great time. Meanwhile Andri got ready further away with his friends and sister.

The ceremony

The ceremony was in a tiny local church which was incredible beautiful. Anna's friends sang in the ceremony and there was not a dry eye in the house. I loved how everyone took part in singing and I felt so lucky to have experienced this with them.

The reception

The reception was in a near by town hall, they chose the venue because it’s near where Andri's parents. It had been decorated with local flowers and Anna's family had done a great job. The food was grilled outside on the spot and was just amazing. The cakes where all made by friends and family and I have to say I very much enjoyed them!.

What was aboslutely the best about this wedding where the speeches, everyone cried with laughter, including me!

What was the most wonderful thing to see was that Anna & Andri are so in love, they couldn't keep their eyes of each other and you could feel how loved they are by their family and friends. It was a wonderful summers day in Iceland.
